This modern bungalow includes 2 bedrooms upstairs usable by guests, and the basement has a long term resident so guests need to be ok with a shared entrance, laundry and kitchen. The home has a nice 2 person desk area if you need to work remote and the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite and walk in closet. All bedrooms have keyed locks.

Upstairs when you enter the home from the garage, there is a bathroom and laundry room. Then there is the first bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser specifically designed for guests. Then there is the shared kitchen, dining room and master bedroom that includes an ensuite. The lower level resident has her own living area, bathroom and bedroom.

Guests can access the main floor of the home (1500SF) and have one spot in the garage for parking.

We rent out the upstairs of our home while we are in Belize for part of each year but we are available for questions through email and whats app. Also our family downstairs (Megan) is the home.

This is a brand new area called Uplands at Riverview. There are nice walking trails in the area and although in the suburbs very close to Anthony Henday for access across the City.

It is best to have a car as it is an area in the suburbs so driving is needed unless you want to rely on uber or taxis.

Guests need to be ok with residents in the basement (our family that lives in the home while we are travelling in the Winter).

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
