Welcome to Rosenthal in West Edmonton. Beautiful, modern 3 bedrooms. Pets and kids are welcome. Nice yard and deck, Netflix and wifi. 2 queen beds, twin bed, and sofa bed. The home is close to West Edmonton Mall, gym, shopping, bars, and restaurants.

The home has a completely separate basement suite where the caretaker of the property lives along with his dog so you can always request any missing essentials. There is a shared dog run in the back yard so you can bring your pet ($25/night fee).

Located in the incredible neighborhood of Rosenthal in West Edmonton, this side of town has everything you could possibly imagine for amenities, and then some! Inside West Edmonton Mall (10 minute drive from our home), you'll find all some of the finest shopping stores from all your favorite brands. Nearby there are also coffee shops, gyms, restaurants, grocery chains, and hardware stores. The area also has beautiful walking trails.

Rosenthal is within 5 minutes to Whitemud and Anthony Henday Drive which allows easy access across the City. A car is recommended as bus service is mostly at peak hours.
